Auraaq — Shipping Policy

Auraaq currently serves customers in Pakistan. We aim to process and deliver orders as efficiently as possible.

1. Shipping coverage

We ship to eligible delivery addresses within Pakistan, subject to courier coverage and the shipping options available at checkout.

2. Order processing

Orders are normally processed within  1–3 business days after order confirmation. Processing may take longer during public holidays, sales, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Orders are not considered dispatched until they have been handed over to the delivery service.

3. Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery times are 3 to 5 business days and may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, weather, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Shipping charges

Applicable delivery charges will be displayed at checkout or communicated before the order is confirmed.

5. Cash on delivery and payment

Cash on delivery available as well as online paymnet.

Customers should ensure that their contact details and delivery address are accurate when placing an order.

6. Tracking and delivery updates

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be shared through email

If your order appears delayed, contact us with your order number so we can help check its status.

7. Incorrect addresses and failed deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or other delivery issue, additional delivery charges or reshipping arrangements may apply where permitted by law.

Please contact us promptly if you need to correct your address.

8. Lost, damaged, or missing orders

If an order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected period, contact us so we can investigate with the courier and explain the available next steps.
